Beauty & The Beast KEATON Starring as the Beast
by heidi on Jan.11, 2012, under z-Forums
Farmington City is known for their great arts program and puts on 4 plays a year and they are all great plays, very comparable to Mazola theater that would travel through the towns and sometimes better than high school.
Keaton has auditioned and chosen to play the lead roll of the Beast and the Prince. He is very excited and will be a great confidence builder for him.
We would like to invite everyone to the performance and our house for dinner before the show. Just let me know when you can make it and if you will take the time out of your busy schedules to support Keaton I will buy the performance tickets.
Performance Dates: March 21-24 all evening 7pm except Sat. Matinee at 2pm and Eve 7pm
Please Let me know as far in advance as possible because the tickets are cheaper in advance than at the door.
Thanks for all your love and support… We hope to hear from you soon.

Bragging on Zane

I just wanted everyone to read something Zane wrote for English! I think it is Brilliant and just wanted to brag!
Gettysburg and Lincoln
Gettysburg was a peaceful town
Until America had a sudden Breakdown.
Slavery gripped the sovereign nation
A war was fought with aggravation.
Cannon commenced with loud blasting,
This war was seemingly everlasting.
America was seized by herself,
Fighting this war without foreign help.
Abnormally, women helped too,
They reloaded cannons gave help to the crew.
Blasted, those slave-loving Confederates
With their truly pompous gait.
Everyone needs citizehship and rights
Slaves included, not as snakebites.
Enemies of confederacy have come
To fight and for victory they drum.
Gettysburg was the end for many
They paid the boatman with a penny
Along the golden path they go
To peace they all know.
How Lincoln was able to win,
Caused an unsuspected spin.
Victory and amendments follow
The triumph was no at all hollow.
Alas, poor Abraham, shortly lived
After the success of his nation thrived.
Slowly My Captain slipped away,
Of John Wilks Booth he was prey.

Thanks
by mom on Jan.19, 2011, under G & G
I want to thank everyone for the wonderful Christmas and all of the help you have been during Dad’s surgeries. Thanks to Brian for seeing the emergency, to Nate and Matt for taking one the extra load of all the chores, to everyone for the meals, and you know I could go on and on, to Paul and Heidi and Travis and Maggon for coming so quickly and and getting us to the hospital, to Travis for cleaning the roads, and all the calls of concern. But most especially for the prayers. We have always seen your Dad recover from these health problems. There have been many. This surgery has been more difficult because of the extent and because of all the other health problems which seem to hinder a quick recovery. So at this point it is the prayers that we have most appreciated. Thanks again, the all of your Christmas gifts to us were so thoughtfully chosen and we do love you all for them and all you have done for us.
